These three companies have a combined 24 years of history in supplying, tooling, and equipment into the siding industry.

High Output Rates. Typically 2-3 times faster than profile extrusion. Some postform products are being produced as fast as 200 ft/min. (60m/min.) and 2750 lb/hr (1250kg/hr)
Lower Labor: Higher output yields lower labor costs per pound produced.
Lower Capitals: Higher output means fewer lines and this yields lower capital costs.
Material Savings: Multiple layered products are easy with sheet lines. Inexpensive materials can be selected for the interior or substrate.
Regrind Usage: Use regrind at 100% in the substrate layer. Co-extrusion ensures that the regrind material is completely covered.
Emboss Pattern: It is much easier to put an emboss pattern on the product. An emboss pattern has the benefits off adding a better aesthetic appearance to the product, and help hide surface imperfections (such as die lines).
Change over: One sheet die can often run multiple products. True quick change between profiles of 5 minutes or less is possible.
